Top Model UK are delighted to announce and confirm that, CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA will be the fundraising recipient charity for 2010.

Both parties met recently when they discussed, at length, the 2010 Miss Top Model UK project and are excited to be working together.

Event co-ordinator, Stella White said following the announcement, "The Miss Top Model team felt that we wanted to go in a different direction with our fundraising for 2010, and the plight of these children, and the wonderful work that CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA undertake, is exactly the kind of charity work that we want to support and highlight".

Once again, all of the profits from the Text Voting, private donations and profits from the Grand Final will be donated to the allotted charity, along with new fundraising ideas to be confirmed and announced at a later date.

Top Model UK are delighted to confirm that ALTMORE DENTAL (London Docklands) will be prize sponsors for the Winner and Runner up at TOP MODEL UK 2010. Further details to follow.

2009 award winners Sarah, Nicole, Ruth and Christine  attend the studios of 2xanadu for a full day photoshoot, a prize for their success in the 2009 Grand Final and campaign.

Top Model UK are proud to confirm that leading London based hairdressers THE LONDON SALON GOUP will be official hair partners for the 2010 campaign. Fernando and his stylists will provide the Grand Final backstage team, hair styling advice to the Grand Finalists, plus prizes to the winner and runners up of Top Model UK 2010. The LONDON SALON GROUP has two main salons in Londons vibrant West End - THE SOHO SALON and THE COVENT GARDEN SALON.

Top Model UK are proud to announce that leading Milan based model agency JUST MODELS MILANO will be project partners for the 2010 campaign and will provide a 12 month winners contract, and prizes to the winner and runners up of Top Model UK 2010.

It was today confirmed that Northern Ireland will have it's own regional interview day for the Top Model UK 2010 campaign.

The interviews will take place near Belfast at the end of November 2009 as part of the selection process to find the Grand Finalists for the 2010 show.

Show Director, Geoff Cox, commented on the decision. "There is so much talent in Ireland and we felt that some girls may have been put off entering Top Model UK because of the additional costs and travel involved, especially as they are the only part of the UK detached from the mainland". He continued, "We decided this was unfair, and so have reached an agreement with a sponsor to host a separate interview day in Northern Ireland, in late November, and in addition to the main London interviews."

Lurgan based photographer, Avril Mawhinney, has been confirmed as the Northern Ireland host.

Ms Mawhinney commented, "I attended the Grand Final in 2009 and it was a truly magnificent event, but I was disappointed that there was only one girl representing Ireland - so I approached Top Model UK. I am so excited to be working on the 2010 campaign". She added, "The Top Model UK team will be making a special trip to Belfast to interview the girls, and I am delighted to be working with them".
